We are not responsible for delays caused solely by courier partners, incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, natural events, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, or inability of the courier to contact the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is re-shipped.

If your order arrives materially damaged, defective, tampered with, or contains an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery, together with clear photographs and/or an unboxing video where reasonably available.

Claims will be reviewed in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
