Delays & Delivery Issues

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the product and its packaging.
If your package is confirmed as lost in transit, we will coordinate with the shipping carrier and assist in resolving the issue in accordance with our applicable refund, replacement, and return policies.
